Cloverleaf is a team development platform that combines behavioral assessments, people insights, and AI-powered coaching to help organizations build stronger teams. Their AI coach delivers personalized guidance based on personality data, communication styles, and team dynamics, helping employees and managers navigate real workplace situations more effectively.  

The challenge was clear. AI coaching is a powerful idea, but it can be difficult to explain quickly. The video needed to translate a complex platform into a simple, engaging story that audiences could immediately understand.

Backbeat designed a custom motion graphics explainer that visualized how the AI coach works and why it matters for modern teams.
